Free Health MOT
The Health MOT is a FREE service, for people aged 40 or over, who live in England and do not have a previous diagnosis of high blood pressure. There are thought to be around 5 million adults in the UK who have high blood pressure without being aware.
It's important to keep an eye on your health and get your blood pressure checked through the Health MOT. You will also be offered an optional BMI and waist circumference check.
